Privacy notice

This notice explains how the personal data of people who visit spaziorobot.com and write to us through the site's forms is processed, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Fabbrica Vigevano S.r.l. Società Benefit, with its registered office at Via Naviglio Sforzesco 11, 27029 Vigevano (PV), VAT no. 03015450186. Spazio Robot is a project by Fabbrica Vigevano.

For any enquiries about the processing of your data, you can write to privacy@fabbricavigevano.it.

2. What data we process

Data you provide to us. When you fill in the "Write to us" form on the Contact page, we collect your full name, email, company, phone number and message. When you fill in the "Application" form on the Partners page, we collect your full name, company, role, email, type of business and message. Along with the data, we save the date and time of submission and confirmation that you have read this notice. Please do not include data in your messages that is not needed to respond to your request.

If you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you provide on that occasion.

Browsing data. As with any website, the systems that run it receive some technical data during browsing, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This data is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse (for example, repeated form submissions). We do not use it to identify or profile you.

The site does not use analytics, profiling or advertising tools.

3. Why we process data and on what legal basis

  • Responding to your requests for information, an intro call or a quote. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Assessing partner applications and, if there is mutual interest, starting a collaboration. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Running and protecting the site against abuse and cyberattacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the site (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations or defending our rights in court, if necessary (Articles 6.1.c and 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you marketing communications or newsletters.

Providing the data marked as required in the forms is necessary for us to respond: without it, we cannot follow up on your request.

4. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries through the Contact form: 24 months from submission.
  • Unsuccessful partner applications: 12 months from submission. If the application leads to a collaboration, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship.
  • Browsing data: for no longer than strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site.

After these periods, the data is deleted unless the law requires it to be kept for longer.

5. Who can see the data

The data is processed by members of the Spazio Robot and Fabbrica Vigevano teams who need to handle your request, are authorised to do so and are bound by confidentiality.

To run the site, we use technology service providers (website development and hosting platform, database and notification email delivery), who process data on our behalf as data processors (Article 28 GDPR) and only for the purposes set out here.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We do not make it public.

6. Where data is stored

Form data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Some providers of the site's infrastructure also have offices or servers outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. In these cases, transfers take place only with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

7. Your rights

At any time, you can ask to:

  • access your data and receive a copy;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it;
  • restrict its processing;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, readable format (portability).

To exercise your rights, write to privacy@fabbricavigevano.it. We will reply within one month.

If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority) (www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. Cookie

The site does not use profiling or analytics cookies. You can find the details in the Cookie policy.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice, for example if we add new services to the site. The date of the latest update is shown at the top.
